One eye for the brand, the system, and the business operations behind it. I'm Izaak — a creative business engineer based between Berlin and Malta. I design the brand, build the AI and tech behind it, and keep the whole thing running.
I'm not just a consultant. Over the last 10+ years I've co-founded and run my own companies — a 4-location coffee chain, Malta's biggest independent music community, and a 200-capacity venue. So when you bring me in, you get an operator who builds like an owner, not a vendor.
