Malta's café scene was dominated by generic chains with little emphasis on specialty coffee or community culture.
Scaling from one location to four required building systems, training staff, and maintaining brand consistency.
2015-2022 — Co-Owner, Brand Director, Operations Manager
Co-founded and managed 4-location specialty coffee chain with 20+ team members, transforming cafes into cultural hubs through brand building, event programming, and operational excellence.
